Hi. My name is Michelle McKenzie. I am one of the counselors at Hale Charter Academy . I love my job! I feel so fortunate to be able to come to a job each day that I truly love. My job is to help students experience academic, behavioral, emotional, and social success. I am also the AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) coordinator and counselor. I am the sponsor of the H.E.A.R.T program which is a conflict resolution group for natural and elected leaders. My goal is to have every student leave Hale Charter Academy feeling confident that they can be successful high school students. My dream for each student is that they feel important and empowered and have the self-respect to follow their dreams!
