2. Record the height of your plant once per week after it sprouts in a table of values

Evaluate or solve for y value. Write the four ordered pairs in a table of values and graph them to find the graph of the linear equation. Graph a maximum of one linear equation per coordinate plane and graph no more than two per each side of paper, so it will take a minimum of 5 pieces of graph paper. Remember to extend your lines through the coordinate plane, draw arrows on either end, and label with the equation. If they are not making lines, find and fix your error.
