Please finish the story board assignment for "The Treasure of Lemon Brown" on page 475 of your textbook.  Here is what needs to be explained in 2-3 sentences for each box:
 
1. Frame story: conflict
2. Inner story: setting (time and place)
3. Inner story: conflict
4. Inner story: resolution
5. Inner story: theme (reread the bottom of pg. 483 for help figuring this out!)
6: Frame story: resolution
 
Note: The frame story is the story of Greg and his dad arguing over Greg's math grade. The inner story is the story of Greg and Lemon Brown, and what they talk about with respect to a "treasure."

Students in all classes will be writing a brief composition on their summer reading books on Tuesday. You may bring the book to class if you want to, but you do not have to. You should, however, refresh your memory on the names of the major characters and the story. You will be expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of your novel.
