LaCour - SAS Honors World History (Period 3) Assignments

During this school year, students will learn about the history of the world from medieval times to the late 1700s. The focus of the course will be on the people and events that were important to the development of European, Asian, African, and American civilizations. In each unit of study, emphasis will be placed on the importance of geography, government, religion, economics, and cultures to the development of the different societies. Students will be required to participate in a rigorous curriculum that emphasizes differentiated instructional lessons. All students will be expected to be active learners - displaying critical thinking, participating in discussions, showing creativity, and delivering high quality work.
